Wellness Institute of Southern Nevada does not offer emergency psychiatric or medical services. If case of a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911.

For enhanced convenience, we see patients both in person and via a secure tele-health platform.

Our preferred method of contact is email. All emails will be responded to within 48 hours.

You must complete all electronic forms and pay your fee in full 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please be thorough in completing your initial intake forms, as this will save us time during your appointment. Rest assured, all information you provide will be reviewed carefully prior to your first visit.

Yes, we offer a 15-minute free introduction call before scheduling an initial evaluation.

We will reach out to you within 24 hours for a free 15-minute introduction call.

You will need a quiet and private area with good lighting for your tele health visits. Please ensure your internet connection, video, and microphone are in good working order prior to your appointment.

We are not contracted with Medicare or Medicaid. 

We treat patient ages 18-65 years old.

We are in-network for many PPO plans. Please see our Services page for an up to date list. Alternatively, please contact the number on the back of your insurance card to ensure Dr. Shahrnaz Mashkoor from Mashkoor Wellness Center is an in-network provider for you.

Most likely not, but please contact your insurance company to confirm. Self pay clients do not need a referral.

Unfortunately not. We charge all our clients the same fee to be fair.

All appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advance. You are otherwise responsible for the full appointment fee. Exceptions to this rule will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
