My life’s journey has involved significant ups and down and extraordinary experiences. When I was 16 years old, my family and I migrated to the United States. The culture shock was challenging. It took time, commitment, and diligence to adjust to my new way of life.

After high school, I went into finance and real estate and soon developed into a successful young entrepreneur. I enjoyed what I did and helped others achieve similar goals.

My life was forever changed with the 2008 real estate crash that crippled economies across the globe. This was a tough time for me and my family, but it afforded me the opportunity to revisit a topic I had been passionate about since a young age: the human mind.

I have since dedicated my life to the pursuit of knowledge surrounding human psychology, psychiatry, nutrition, and a holistic approach to overall wellbeing and fulfilment. I have learned so much through life experiences and over a decade of academic training. I have walked the path back to a fulfilling life and renewed overall health. I want to help you achieve the same.
